Arizona Legislators Hope To Make ‘Spotting’ For Drug Cartels Illegal

Lawmakers in Arizona are hoping to get a bill passed that will make “spotting” for drug cartels illegal. Surprisingly, there is no laws in place that criminalize “being a lookout” and legislators say that spotters can only be charged with “conspiracy” or “illegal presence”.

With her first piece of legislation, introduced Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Martha McSally joined with Sen. John McCain in focusing on spotters for drug cartels — who conduct covert surveillance to help smugglers dodge border agents.

The director of the Arizona High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area testified Tuesday that lookouts are “fundamental” to the success of drug cartels, but there is currently no law that specifically outlaws what border spotters do. Sex Parties, The DEA & The Cartel?

Back in 2012 the salacious sex scandal involving US Secret Service agents engaging in drugs, sex and prostitution during a trip to Columbia was uncovered.

Back in 2012 the salacious sex scandal involving US Secret Service agents engaging in drugs, sex and prostitution during a trip to Columbia was uncovered.

The Huffington Post just ran a similar story about US DEA agents stationed abroad participating in wild sex orgies with prostitutes — all allegedly funded by drug cartels.

Drug Enforcement Administration agents stationed abroad attended “sex parties” that were allegedly funded with money from drug cartels, according to a Justice Department report released Thursday.

The report, from the DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General, discloses that seven DEA agents had admitted to attending parties with prostitutes, and that they had been suspended for between two and 10 days as a result. The report focuses on the handling of allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct at several federal law enforcement agencies under the Justice Department’s umbrella. Atlanta Police Shoot, Kill 25 Year Old Unarmed Man In Front Of His Job In A Maserati

Breaking News: 25 year old, unarmed, Nicholas Thomas of Georgia was shot and killed in Cobb County, a suburb of Atlanta.

According to witnesses who saw the incident, Thomas, was unassumingly leaving his job as police approached his vehicle from behind. As Thomas sat in his vehicle, police opened fire on his Maserati fatally striking him dead.

ATLANTA — 25 year old, unarmed, Nicholas Thomas of Georgia was shot and killed earlier today in Cobb County, a suburb of Atlanta.

According to witnesses who saw the incident, Thomas, was unassumingly leaving his job as police approached his vehicle from behind. As Thomas sat in his vehicle, police opened fire on his Maserati fatally striking him dead. 

 Police stated they feared for their lives.

They were attempting to arrest Thomas on behalf of a probation violation warrant.
