WATCH: Mr. Turner – DUI or Misunderstood?

Ok, let me put this this disclaimer out first.

I in NO WAY CONDONE DRUNK DRIVING nor is it in any way a laughing matter or a matter that should be ridiculed or taken lightly.

HOWEVER, the video below has to go down in the Hall of Fame for “Most Funniest Arrest” caught on dash cam film.

Meet Mr. Turner.

Mr. Turner was pulled over (key words: pulled over) and admitted to driving –while NOT driving. The confessions don’t stop as Mr. Turner admits to being “drunk” but (repeatedly) scoffs at the cops’ accusation that he was the person actually driving. The sobriety test is absolute comedy.

He may be a criminal but he sure is funny!  LOL

Apparently the police were very familiar with Mr. Turner. No surprise there! This guy is unforgettable.

The quality is poor due to the age of the film but the message is the same,

“HE WASN’T DRIVIN!!!!”

Don Winslow shared the final cover for his upcoming sequel book, THE CARTEL via his Twitter page and I absolutely LOVE it.

The Cartel is the follow up to his novel, The Power of the Dog in which Winslow plans to set both books up and tell a two-film epic story of a drug war that spans 45 years and focuses on two mortal enemies.

According to Deadline.com, the first installment has been in the works for some time.

Winslow is planning to release the first film in the fall of 2016 and the second film around year 2018.

I am more than excited to get my hands on a copy of this book and the films are a MUST SEE.

I am positive that Mr. Winslow will execute them perfectly, the artwork visuals are pure dope.

The release date is set for June 23

Rapper Nelly Arrested On Felony Drug And Gun Charges In Tennessee

nellyarrestedAccording to Fox News, Nelly (rapper) was pulled over by the police in “Ten-a-key” (that’s Tennessee for all of you non-hood-non-southerners) last night/early this morning and arrested on several charges, both felonies and misdemeanors.

The charges range from gun possession and drug (marijuana, meth) possession –to anything else the cops could pin on him.

My question here is why the meth? I wasn’t aware that meth was even remotely a drug of choice within the hip hop community, apparently I don’t know much!

Peep the article below!

Rapper and reality TV star Nelly is facing felony drug charges after being arrested in Tennessee on Saturday.

Tennessee Highway Patrol said in a news release that Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, was pulled over about 9:20 a.m. because the bus he was riding in failed to display a U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association sticker.

According to the release troopers smelled marijuana when they reached the bus.

When troopers searched the bus, they found five rocks that tested positive for meth, as well as a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Troopers also say they found numerous handguns.

The St. Louis native is facing charges including felony possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nelly, 40, was released from Putnam County Jail on a $10,000 bond. His next court date is June 19.
