🎉🎉🎉All together on the count of 3 … sing!!! — Ha-ppy Birth-day to one of the most prolific and respected actors to ever touch down in Tinseltown.
It’s hard to believe that Robert De Niro is now in his 70’s. I wish classic actors such as him were immortal & ageless –we’d keep him around forever.
Mr. De Niro has blessed the big screens with his magnificent and unequivocal gangsterness my entire life. From The Godfather to Goodfellas to Meet the Parents, he has had one of the most versatile and extensive careers in Hollywood.
Personally, I’d have to say one of my favorite roles portrayed by De Niro is probably of Jewish handicapper Sam “Ace” Rothstein in the forever classic gangster flick Casino — he totally finessed the role.
The 1995 American epic crime drama film, directed by Martin Scorsese stars De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Sharon Stone. In Casino, Rothstein (De Niro) is called by the Italian Mob to oversee the day-to-day operations at the fictional Tangiers Casino in Las Vegas.
In addition to starring in some of Hollywood’s leading motion pictures, Robert De Niro has also produced and directed various blockbuster projects including Prison Song, starring Q-Tip, Mary J Blige and Fat Joe. Check out this extended list of his work which dates back to the 70’s.
Via Bossip– Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown, the trigger happy cop who shot and killed Sylville Smith, no longer has a job. Not because he used questionable judgement when he killed a potentially unarmed black man, but because he is being accused of the sexual assault of a man.
On August 15th, a victim reported to Milwaukee police he had been sexually assaulted by Heaggan-Brown while off-duty. An investigation, conducted by MPD’s Internal Affairs Division and Sensitive Crimes Division, resulted in the criminal complaint filed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. MPD’s investigation revealed additional allegations, resulting in added charges.
The criminal complaint filed against Heaggan-Brown on October 20th indicates there were four victims in all. The incidents described in the complaint happened in December 2015, July 2016 and August 2016.
In the most recent alleged crime, Heaggan-Brown apparently dropped an adult victim off at St. Joseph’s Hospital on August 15th. Heaggan-Brown told hospital workers the victim was “completely out, zonked out of his gourd.” While nurses were giving aid to the victim, the complaint indicates the victim “flipped out. ‘Help me, help me, he was touching me,’ exclaimed (the victim).”
Upon investigation, police found that Heaggan-Brown had solicited male prostitutes over a dozen different times, one who had to be hospitalized over an alleged drugging.
The officer will be arraigned November 4th for second degree sexual assault (two counts), prostitution (two counts), capture an intimate representation without consent.
Wow, really Mr Officer? What in the entire freak? Hopefully this guy rots in hell jail, we don’t need any more corrupt cops out on these streets.
Officers were sent to their Greensburg home where Sabatini’s son, who thought his mother was at work, let them in. He had just arrived home from a school-related internship.
Sabatini’s body was found in a bedroom. Police said she died of an apparent gunshot wound to her head. A firearm was found in the bedroom.
Eaton was detained at the police station. He spoke with officers and said he approached her in the bedroom with an engagement ring to ask her to marry him, according to police.
She declined before he was able to ask, they said.
Eaton said he then retrieved the gun from a nightstand and shot her in the head from behind, according to police.
He eventually left the home and went to the home of the woman who accompanied him to the police department, authorities said. He allegedly told her he “messed up” and said he thought he killed Sabatini.
In addition to the murder charge, Eaton faces a firearm sentencing enhancement.
Sad and scary! Sounds like the girlfriend wasn’t going to make it alive either way with this guy. Had she married him, would she have eventually met with the same fate?
In a fun reversal, Bruce Willis is playing the Hans Gruber role in the upcoming heist film Precious Cargo. In the film’s new trailer, Willis plays a crime boss named Eddie who manipulates Jack (Mark-Paul Gosselaar), “the Michelangelo of thieves,” into robbing an armored car full of gems. In exchange, Eddie will release Karen (Claire Forlani), whom he currently holds hostage after a botched job.
But things go south, as they always do, and soon it’s an all out grudge match between Jack’s “merry band of misfits” and Eddie’s crew over a safe worth half a billion dollars.
Precious Cargo is operating in full-on Fast and the Furious mode, full of sex, guns, car crashes, armored cars, and speedboats. The movie hits theaters and on-demand April 22.
