Back in 2009, 50 Cent was feuding with Rapper Rick “Rozay” Ross. One of the G-Unit boss’ attacks against Rozay was leaking sexual footage of Lastonia Leviston – the mother of Ross’ child. Leviston filed a mental and emotional distress lawsuit against 50 in 2010, and now a judge is ordering that the case move to trial this summer. A former “Jerry Springer” producer who was arrested and released in the death of her sister may have backed out of a suicide pact at the last moment, TMZ reported Saturday.
