WATCH: Foxy Brown Says She Was Supposed to Be In Junior Mafia Instead Of Lil Kim

Check out this throwback interview of Foxy Brown talking about her previous friendship with the “Queen Bee” Lil Kim.

At some point when both their careers were taking off the two fell out and the fight for the rap crown became extremely competitive. The two traded shots both literally and on wax.

Eventually the tension got so high that violence erupted between the two camps in the form of a gunfight outside New York’s Hot 97 headquarters. Kim ended up going to prison for perjury. She claimed to hear or see nothing – mafia style.

In the interview Foxy says that Biggie initially wanted her to be the female voice in Junior Mafia. According to her Jay Z wasn’t willing to let her go and wanted to keep her on the roster. She later ended up in the group The Firm alongside rap legends AZ & Nas.

BMF affiliate and former Big Meech right hand man Chad JBo Brown was re-arrested on federal drugs charges in his home city of St. Louis for the alleged distribution of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine as well as fraud. The alleged fraud is based on the receipt of a Covid 19 PPP loan intended for struggling businesses and employees.

JBo was also arrested during the initial Black Mafia Family bust that landed Demetrius ‘Big Meech’ and his brother Terry ‘Southwest T’ Flenory and his former girlfriend Tonesa ‘Toni’ Welch (and a host of others) in federal prison. The federal indictments stemmed from a massive DEA raid on the drug organization back in 2005. He ended up serving 11 years on a 15-20 year plea deal for those charges.

According to news reports, more than two dozen Black Mafia Family affiliates were also arrested last week in connection to various charges after a bust recovered a large amount of drugs, firearms and cash. As of today a total of 34 people have been charged in the investigation.
