The body of Illinois Second Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael J. Valentine was found outside his home.
The southern Illinois judge was shot and killed outside his home in the middle of the day, according to Illinois State Police.
His wife, 44-year-old Megan S. Valentine, was taken into custody.

There is a wide variety of opinions surrounding the infamous altercation involving pop stars Chris Brown and Rihanna which took place in 2009 inside his rental Lamborghini.
