Ok folks.

Haitian gang violence has officially hit cartel levels of violence. On a scale from 1-10 this would be about a 20.

According to NY POST, vigilante mobs are now burning rivals alive in the middle of the streets and nobody is there to stop it.

Haitian officials have long acknowledged the country’s economic deterioration. Due to a widespread humanitarian crisis, the Haitian government has admitted its ineffectiveness to prevent the surges in street crime which includes kidnappings, death threats, murders, armed robberies, home break-ins and car-jacking. Citizens are essentially helpless with little to no protection against the brutality.

Authorities reported 2,183 homicides and 1,359 kidnappings in 2022, almost double the number of cases for the previous year.

Check out this article as bystanders look on in horror at the bodies of alleged gang members that were set on fire by a vigilante mob in the Canape Vert area of Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

What the hell can be done to stop this?

According to AP News, “increasingly sophisticated weapons are being trafficked into Haiti mainly from the United States and especially from Florida amid worsening lawlessness in the impoverished Caribbean nation”.

Dope Tweetz: Cat with Gang Tattoos Rescued from Mexican Prison

I’ve truly thought I had seen it all. I have seen a lot but this truly is a new sight to see. A gangster cat tips the meter. It’s unprecedented.

I found this picture on Twitter and I just have a couple questions here.

1. How the hell did the cat land in prison in the first place?

2. How did the cat to sit still long enough to get tattooed up? If you have ever been inked then you know it doesn’t tickle.

I wonder what set does uh, ‘gangster cat’ belong to?

According to the tweet, ‘gangster cat’ is looking for a forever home since his rescue.

Sign the Petition: Ban Pet De-Vocalization Surgeries

Good morning hustlers!

So I got an alert for a new signature request from Change.org and wanted to share.

The online petition for WATSON’S LAW, which has currently 69K signatures, is asking for the ban of de-barking animals — mainly dogs.

According to the petition, housing developers are requiring residents to have animals de-barked via a medical procedure called de-vocalization. The procedure removes a part of the animal’s vocal chord to silence the animal. It is irreversible and illegal in 4 states.

Unbelievable! I’ve never ever heard of such. This seems so infringing, insensitive & inhumane! I’ve lived beside a barking dog or two so I can definitely appreciate the need for having strict pet policies within housing communities, but to require residents (and pets) to have to endure this kind of cruelty should be a crime. I can’t believe these corporations are able to get away with this all for the sole purpose of capital gain. I mean what’s next?!

I’m all about solutions. Build more pet friendly neighborhoods. Make more accommodations for both. I’ve lived in neighborhoods where every neighbor had a dog. I’ve lived in neighborhoods where none of the neighbors really had dogs.

I can definitely see why so many young people are starting to choose the country rural life. Less restrictions, less neighbors. More freedom. The sad part is due to US housing shortages tenants are actually having these surgeries done to their family pets. The effects are irreversible so the pet suffers in silence (literally) forever.

I signed the petition, will you? Pet lovers let’s get in the fight for our furry friends, especially those who have lost their voice.
