The video, which was leaked a few days ago on Instagram and has since gone viral, and was purportedly taken inside the Pennsylvania State Correctional Institution at Graterford, also known as SCI Graterford.

In the video, you see inmates passing around a semi-automatic handgun. And another inmate is seen passing around a magazine clip.
