As the humanitarian crisis rages on in foreign countries like Haiti, gangs have overtaken the streets inflicting pure hell in cities such as the country’s capital Port-au-Prince.
Check this segment done by BBC News which goes behind the scenes to document the affect the gang violence is having on civilian life and how the Haitian government seems to be looking the other way.
Crime is rampant with murder, rape & extortion being some of the main daily operations. Corrupt politicians & police make it nearly impossible to contain and the Haitian people are at the mercy of it all.
In 2021, Haiti’s president was assassinated in a targeted & brutal home invasion. To date, no one has been held responsible for his murder.
This is such a heartbreaking story. This beautiful young woman absolutely did not deserve what happened to her. This whole thing reeks of hate.
I hope those so called ‘ex-fauxs’ get the retribution they deserve.
The video of Shanquella being attacked and filmed by her so called friends while on vacation in Mexico was horrific and very triggering to watch.
In the now viral video she never fought back as she was beat brutally in the neck and head. Her autopsy revealed she suffered from a fractured (broken) spine among other fatal injuries. With the severity of the injuries listed in the autopsy it is unbelievable that not one of the people responsible have been held accountable for her murder yet. Her family is calling on the feds to step in.
This whole situation is evidence that we need to be ware and mindful of jealous fake ass friends. Rest in peace Shanquella.
For those unfamiliar with the case here’s an express rundown.
Rapper and Instagram model Brittney Reed pka FTN Bae accused Chicago rapper, Davis Saulsberry pka “Doodie Lo” of molesting her minor son during the time the pair dated.
Doodie Lo vehemently denied the allegations and filed a defamation lawsuit against FTN Bae stating that the accusations have damaged his reputation as well as business opportunities.
In the meantime once the allegations dropped the two have pled their cases on social media, taken separate independent lie detector tests and told their stories to various interviewers such as Tasha K in efforts to prove their case in the court of public opinion.
The consensus is divided with some fans believing that she is trying to set him up because (allegedly) he “didn’t want her” and some believe that he really did molest the child. There have been lots of twists and turns in this story.
The two were eventually granted a real court and trial date regarding the lawsuit.
On the day of the trial as she arrived to court, FTN Bae was arrested for an “outstanding warrant” subsequently causing her to miss the trail.
She cried foul accusing her ex lover and his attorneys of pulling some illegal wrangling moves to prevent her from being in court. (due to the arrest) Doodie Lo was awarded a whopping $11 million judgement because she was not able to provide a defense to the lawsuit.
FTN Bae swiftly appealed the decision.
Today she learned that the judge reversed the judgement and has granted her a new trial date set for May 8, 2023.
She jumped on live to share her excitement about her new opportunity to tell her side of the story to a court of law and avoid paying out $11 mill..
