Killers of Shanquella Robinson Will Not Face Any Criminal Charges Due to Lack of Evidence

This has to be the most blatant and atrocious miscarriage of justice for this young lady.

It never ceases to amaze me how black and brown people continue to be grossly neglected by the legal system — unless we are the defendants.

I truly believe if Shanquella were Caucasian her attackers would have immediately been held accountable.

U.S. prosecutors claim there is not enough evidence to file any charges against anyone involved in the attack.

How is this possible?

Not even assault? Nothing?! So apparently a viral recording of her beating at the hands of her attackers was not enough evidence?

Unbelievable. Rest in Power Shanquella.

This is such a heartbreaking story. This beautiful young woman absolutely did not deserve what happened to her. This whole thing reeks of hate.

I hope those so called ‘ex-fauxs’ get the retribution they deserve.

The video of Shanquella being attacked and filmed by her so called friends while on vacation in Mexico was horrific and very triggering to watch.

In the now viral video she never fought back as she was beat brutally in the neck and head. Her autopsy revealed she suffered from a fractured (broken) spine among other fatal injuries. With the severity of the injuries listed in the autopsy it is unbelievable that not one of the people responsible have been held accountable for her murder yet. Her family is calling on the feds to step in.

This whole situation is evidence that we need to be ware and mindful of jealous fake ass friends. Rest in peace Shanquella.
