Rapper Rick Ross’ Baby Mama Begs Judge To Order 50 Cent To Pay Her $6 Million

She once sued him for leaking a sex tape of her, and Rick Ross’ baby mama has accused 50 Cent of screwing her over once again.

Lastonia Leviston has headed back to federal court to demand the judge order the rapper to follow through on their deal to dismiss their sex tape lawsuit and to pay the $6 million he agreed to in his bankruptcy plan.

Recently, the rapper saw a federal bankruptcy judge sign off on his proposed deal to pay back a substantial amount of his debt to the various creditors, which brought the case to a close. The repayment plan will pay out $17 million to his former business partners Sleek Audio and $6 million to Rick Ross’ baby mama after she scored a judgment against the rapper for leaking her sex tape online.

Before the plan was OK’d, 50 Cent had attempted to continue on with his legal battle with Rick Ross’ baby mama. He believed the $7 million judgment was excessive and wanted to drag Rick Ross into the case. 50 Cent said that his archenemy should be found liable for a portion of the judgment due to him allegedly being to blame for the leak.

He also said the emotional distress claim by Lastonia – which she was awarded $500,000 for in the jury decision – wasn’t legit and wanted it thrown out.

It appeared all their issues were settle once the judge signed off on the repayment plan where he was to cough up $6 million to Lastonia. But now it looks like things didn’t go that smoothly, and Lastonia has asked the bankruptcy judge help her force the rapper to follow their deal and him pay her the millions.

She explained in her court documents that the deal she signed with 50 states both parties are to dismiss the sex tape legal battle in New York Supreme Court following the execution of the agreement.

However, she says that she has repeatedly sought the cooperation of 50 Cent to dismiss the New York suit but he refuses because he wants to pursue a claim against Rick Ross in that legal battle, in hopes the court will find him liable for a portion of the $7 million awarded to Lastonia.

She is furious that the rapper won’t follow his end of the deal and says nowhere in their agreement did it state he could pursue claims against Ross.

Lastonia is pleading with the judge to order 50 Cent to dismiss the New York sex tape case and to cough up the $6 million per his plan.

If I’m not mistaken didn’t I read somewhere that 50 said he had no intentions of paying her the money? 
He may not have that kind of power over the courts, but he can file appeals and/or continue to file bankruptcies to avoid the judgement. Whether he can really get out of paying her remains to be unseen, but at least he can drag it out for as long as possible which appears to be his move. And the battle rages on!

Ellen DeGeneres Accused Of Racism Over Usain Bolt Tweet

Quirky daytime hostess Ellen DeGeneres is in a bit of hot water for sending out a tweet that showed her (photoshopped image) riding on the back on track legend Usain Bolt. 

Somehow the Internet trolls took that as racist and the online slandering began. 

According to Fox News:

LOS ANGELES – Ellen DeGeneres says she’s not racist after receiving backlash on social media for posting an edited photo of herself riding on the back of Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt.

The talk show host said Tuesday on Twitter that she’s “highly aware of the racism that exists in our country” but that’s “the furthest thing from who I am.”

DeGeneres posted the photo Monday with the caption: “This is how I’m running errands from now on.”

The image of a white woman riding a black man was criticized by many users on social media.

The original photo of Bolt smiling while running went viral following his gold medal win in the 100-meter dash.

The comedienne frequently posts photos of herself edited into topical moments and scenes from popular films and TV shows.

Personally I think Ellen was just being her usually lighthearted & buoyant self and this picture was taken wayyyyy out of context. If you look, there were thousands of social media memes created by fans of the “lightning Bolt” and I actually find this picture pretty hysterical, all in good fun. 

If Usain Bolt were white or Ellen DeGeneres were black, then we wouldn’t even be entertaining this story. Some people have way too much time on their hands. Sometimes there is really no need to pull the race card. What do YOU think?

Atlanta’s Controversial Minister Eddie Long’s Dramatic Weight Loss Raises Eyebrows

Scandalous church pastor Eddie Long has shed alllllot of weight in about a 2-3 month span.

Last time he was in the news he was accused of taking the church’s money to fund his down low lifestyle with male parishioners of his mega church, New Birth.

Well now his critics are crying foul again, but this time questioning how he could drop so much weight in such a short period of time and leading to the notion that the big money minister doesn’t look healthy.
I’ll let you be the judge & jury of that.

Bishop Eddie Long is a popular MEGACHURCH pastor from Atlanta, who was caught up in a gay/pedophile scandal a couple of years back. Multiple teenage boys from his church claimed to have been involved in physical relationships with the Pastor.

It was not clear whether the relationships began when the teenagers were over the age of consent in The State Of Georgia, which is 16. Bishop Long was never charged with any crime, but it was a salacious scandal.

Anyways, now fast forward until yesterday. Check out these new pics of the pastor who lost a GANG of weight. He claims the weight loss is due to a raw food diet.

We hope that’s all it is. Cause to us it looks like he got something only prayer can cure.

I had the chance to witness Eddie Long in action as a guest speaker at my church right before the gay/pedophile creep scandal surfaced back in 2010-2011.

For the record, I personally found him to be one of the most arrogant preachers that I have ever seen in my life. He spoke of himself in 3rd person and insisted that the congregation “stand and worship” him when he stepped into the room.

That day I formed an opinion of Eddie Long, and it wasn’t a particularly holy one.

When the gay scandal broke I was not surprised that he was cocky enough to think he could do the things he was being accused of and get away with it. From my observation the man thought he was God. I didn’t respect that.
