Author Christian Cipollini is one of my very favorite crime historians. I watch his shows, I read his books — I love his fashions! The guy has great style.

“Cip” (as I so affectionately call him) has participated in numerous television projects lending his expertise on organized crime and the inner workings of the Italian mafia.

His newest project, “Drain the Oceans: Rise of the Mob” takes a deep dive into mob history — literally.

I would spoil it and tell you what it’s all about but luckily there is a trailer so you can see for yourself.

If you’re like me and love organized crime based documentaries, make sure to set your DVR for this one. The episode will premiere on both National Geographic and Hulu networks.

Check for local listings.

BMF or 263? First Lady of BMF Responds to 50 Cent Over New Movie

The self proclaimed “First Lady of BMF” Tonesa Welch just landed a huge television deal to bring her life story to life on the small screen (tv).

While most of us are happy to see this happening for Toni, 50 Cent took time to throw shots at the Detroit d-girl turned motivational speaker / philanthropist / business woman via his IG page.

Toni recently stopped by Let’s Talk About It podcast show and the host asked her comments on what he had to say.

Chillle, 50 what is your deal and why are you coming for Toni?

At least her comeback was classy and straight forward. Toni took to her IG and spoke more on the situation behind her and BMF. She states that certain people are/were working behind the scenes to stop her from getting her story out which could result in lucrative business deals. The hashtag #LetToniEat popped up on social media in her support.

Will you be watching the movie when it comes?

Luxury Watch Brand Jacob&Co Releases Exclusive “Opera Scarface” Edition

Jacob&Co Scarface Watch

This is such a cool collector’s item.. if you happen to have over a quarter mill to blow on a watch.

There are two versions of the 49mm Opera Scarface being made: one in 18-karat rose gold and one in black Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) titanium. Just 88 pieces of each will be made. The black version retails for $330,000, while the rose gold watch retails for $360,000.

Luxury watch designer Jacob Arabov just doesn’t miss. Back in 2008, Jacob known mostly as “Jacob the Jeweler” was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Arabov, who was 43 at the time, was arrested in 2006 at his E. 57th St. jewelry store and charged with conspiring to launder about $270 million for the Detroit-based Black Mafia Family.

He was one of dozens arrested in a seven-year federal investigation. The feds also seized 1,100 pounds of cocaine and $19 million in cash.

Basically, Jacob Arabov knows a lot about Tony Montana.

Check out the trailer below. And check out JacobandCo.com to see more of Jacob’s amazing timepieces. I have always been so intrigued by his pieces and designs. It’s wonderful to see this brand back on top.
