Goodyear Eagle-360 Spherical Tire In Development

This story has nothing to do with crime other than being a 100% pure dope concept.

According to Goodyear engineers, a kicked ball shaped tire could be coming our way in the future.

Goodyear (GT) says its Eagle-360 tires would allow self-driving cars to navigate tight spaces, such as parking spots or busy city roads

Goodyear thinks if we are going to reinvent the car, we might as well reinvent the tires too.The tire maker has revealed a new concept: spherical rubber tires that can move in any direction. For a self-driving car without a steering wheel, why not try something radically different?

Goodyear (GT) says its Eagle-360 tires would allow self-driving cars to navigate tight spaces, such as parking spots or busy city roads. Instead of axles, they’ll connect to the car using magnetic levitation — potholes would no longer ruin your suspension, since your car would essentially float above its tires. Goodyear said magnetic levitation would deliver a remarkably smooth and quiet ride for passengers.

The spherical tires also have the advantage of having way more surface area than cylindrical tires, so your treads won’t wear out quite as quickly. And the tires could intelligently rotate themselves to provide even greater tread life.

Goodyear also envisions some new tricks embedded within the tires. For example, sensors inside the Eagle-360 tires could communicate weather conditions to the car’s traction control systems. And the tires themselves could stiffen in dry conditions and soften like a sponge in wet weather, adding traction on slippery roads.

Joseph Zekoski, Goodyear’s chief technical officer, said in a statement:

“By steadily reducing the driver interaction and intervention in self-driving vehicles, tires will play an even more important role as the primary link to the road.”

Goodyear acknowledged that the Eagle-360 tires are a far-off-in-the-future concept.

But self-driving cars are already being tested, and industry experts forecast that fully autonomous cars will go on sale by the end of the decade. Today’s cars have intelligence built in, communicating with other cars to sense accidents before they happen.

That’s why Goodyear has developed a near-term tire concept that it believes could become a fixture of cars in the next few years.

Cyber Thieves Attempt To Pull $1Billion Bangladesh Bank Heist

Thieves attempted to pull off one of the biggest cyber bank heists in history but a spelling mistake foiled the plan.

So far investigators have not found any proof that central bank staff in Bangladesh were involved, one of the officials said, but said the probe was continuing.

Security experts say that if insiders were not involved, the attackers likely had assistance from somebody close to the banking industry. They also may have spied on bank workers over an extended period to gain details about wire-transfer processes and other operations, they said.

It takes somebody with deep knowledge of the banking industry to perform these types of crime,” said Shane Shook, a security consultant who has investigated some of the biggest cyber breaches on record.

The Bangladesh central bank had billions of dollars in its current account, which it used for international settlements, officials have said. The stolen money made its way to various parts of the world.

Some $80 million are believed to have ended in the Philippines, and further diverted to casinos and then to Hong Kong, according to bank officials. One $20 million transaction was directed to a non-profit organization in Sri Lanka.

But the unusually large transaction for the island nation and a misspelling of the NGO’s name raised red flags that helped bring the robbery to light. The transaction was blocked as was another huge payment instruction that was for between $850 million and $870 million.

Wow! Is anything safe anymore?!

Did Suge Knight Kill Eazy E?

Eazy E. 1963-1995

If all of the rumors that surround Marion ‘Suge’ Knight are true, then Marion ‘Suge’ Knight is a bonafide monster.

First there were rumors that he had a hand in Tupac’s demise, and now Eazy E?

The newest suspicion is that Suge had Eazy E injected with the AIDS virus! Eeek!

According to All Hip Hop:

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s Layzie Bone believes Eazy-E’s death was a conspiracy after Eazy died just months within testing positive for HIV.

Layzie Bone recalls being in New York when Eazy caught a cold and said his illness became worse within a 4-month timespan.

The rapper said it never fully added up for him because by February he had full blown AIDS, and by March he was gone. Layzie also says he saw Suge Knight’s 2003 Jimmy Kimmel interview where he made jokes about Eazy being poked by an infected needle.

“I’m like ‘ooh that n**** knew what was up.”

Smh, hope this isn’t true! Rest in Peace Eazy E!

Check out this interview with Eazy’s son, “Lil Eazy” in which he discusses the affects that losing his dad has had on his life.

Do you think Suge had Eazy E killed?
