Ryan Wolfe posted this story and I wanted to share and spread awareness. I hope this beautiful woman is found safe and well.
A 22-year-old Texas mother crashed on a Louisiana interstate in the middle of the night. Then she seemingly vanished.
Her car was there.
Chrissy Munn Holliday was not.
And nearly a week later, her family still doesn’t know where she is or exactly what happened after that crash.
Chrissy left her 4-year-old son with family before driving from the Houston area to Louisiana September 30th.
Her mother says Chrissy told her she was going to Louisiana, but never explained why.
Then came the crash.
Louisiana State Police says Chrissy was driving one of two vehicles involved on I-10 near mile marker 128 in Iberville Parish, near the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge.
Investigators believe she got out afterward and left the scene on foot.
Her family isn’t convinced.
Chrissy’s parents have publicly called the circumstances “suspicious,” and her mother told WBRZ she doesn’t believe her daughter simply walked away from that crash.
That’s what makes this disappearance so agonizing.
The United Cajun Navy has joined the search, with crews working alongside law enforcement near the area where Chrissy was last seen.
Her family is also trying to raise $3,000 for a private investigator as they travel back and forth between Texas and Louisiana following every lead they can.
Chrissy isn’t just another face on a missing-person flyer.
She’s somebody’s daughter.
And she’s the mom of a little boy who needs her home. 💔
Please help share.
Did you see a woman walking?
A stopped vehicle?
Someone being picked up?
Anything that seemed insignificant at the time could matter now.
And please share Chrissy’s face beyond Texas.
Somewhere between that crash and where the trail goes cold, somebody may have seen something.
Chrissy’s family has started a GoFundMe to help with search efforts. Please donate here.
