WATCH: N.W.A. ‘Straight Outta Compton’ The Movie Trailer
The Straight Outta Compton movie co-produced by former N.W.A. “OG’s” Dr. Dre and Ice Cube is probably one of the most highly anticipated and long awaited films in the history of hip hop films.
The movie is directed by famed urban director F. Gary Gray (Friday, Set It Off) and chronicles the rise and fall of the Compton, California rap group N.W.A.
The controversial street rap group consisted of Eazy E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella.
N.W.A.’s debut album was also entitled, Straight Outta Compton.
Personally, I cannot wait until this film hits in theaters in August!
