Florida Woman Arrested For Beating Ex-Husband In Argument Over Sex Position

Arrested

According to The Smoking Gun:

While parked in the rear of the facility, “Luper got undressed, and asked Vaccaro if he wanted to have sexual intercourse,” police reported. “Vaccaro agreed, and told Luper to lay down.”

But Luper, a court filing notes, “did not want to have sexual intercourse in that position and stated no.” It is unclear where the pair was planning to tryst, or the position that was rejected by Luper.

During a subsequent argument, Luper allegedly struck Vaccaro, 51, in the head with a thrown object. As Vaccaro sought to remove some of his belongings from the car’s rear seat, Luper allegedly accelerated the auto “with Vaccaro still half way inside the vehicle.” As Vaccaro “pulled out of the vehicle,” Luper drove over his right foot.

When cops arrived at the scene, Vaccaro was bleeding from a head wound and his right foot appeared to be swelling. After being contacted by police, Luper returned to the vicinity of the storage facility. “She was unable to explain” Vaccaro’s injuries, noted police, who added that she “stated Vaccaro wanted to have sex with her.”

Maryland Man Murders Transgender Woman For ‘Embarrassing’ Him In Front Of Friends

Via CBS News–Police say 20-year-old Rico LeBlond shot and killed Zella Ziona, whose legal name was DeAndre Smith, on Oct. 15, because Ziona “began acting flamboyantly towards LeBlond and greatly embarrassed Leblond in front of his peers,” according to charging documents obtained by CBS affiliate WUSA.Investigators wrote in the document that the suspect and victim has been engaged in a “simmering dispute that had been escalating” as a result of their friendship becoming public.

LeBlond is suspected of shooting Ziona multiple times in the head and groin.

Police are considering hate crime charges against LeBlond, who is already facing a first degree murder charge.

But the victim’s family tells WUSA that they’re already convinced the motive was hate.

“I do believe in my heart that this was a hate crime,” said Kalany Thomas, Ziona’s aunt.

Kalany Thomas and Sade Thomas, a cousin of the victim, both told WUSA that Ziona previously had trouble with people because she was a transgender woman.

“I just want to know why?” Said Sade Thomas. “Why did you take such a beautiful, amazing soul like that and he was never the type of person to hate you or do anything to you?”

Twice as many transgender or gender nonconforming people have been killed in the United States this year compared to last year, according to statistics gathered by the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs, an advocacy group.

Grand Jury Convenes In Case Against Nick Gordon Regarding Bobbi Kristina’s Death

Via Atlanta Daily World– A secret Fulton County grand jury has just been to determine if possible murder charges against Nick Gordon in in the wake of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s tragic death.

A source close to the case told US Weekly Monday night that Brown’s self-described “husband” and his criminal lawyer, Jose Baez, are following the fast-breaking developments.

“The District Attorney is convening a secret grand jury and it’s likely to result in charges against Nick Gordon,” the source told radaronline. It is unknown at this time what those charges will be.

The man who found Bobbi Kris unresponsive will be called to testify. But it doesn’t appear that Gordon will be called because the D.A. doesn’t want to give away their hand in preparation of a possible trial.

Those likely to be called in front of the grand jury are Max Lomas, a drug-dealing friend of Gordon’s and Max’s young girlfriend Danyela Bradley, the insider claimed.

Both were in Brown’s Roswell, Ga., townhouse along with Gordon on the morning of last Jan. 31 when Brown was found face down in a water-filled bathtub.

The 22-year-old was placed in a medically induced coma and never regained consciousness. She died six months later in an Atlanta area hospice on July 26.

A $40 million wrongful death lawsuit was filed against Gordon by her estate, alleging he beat her after an all-night “cocaine and drinking binge.”
