WATCH: AirBnb Squatter Refuses to Leave Rental Home; Threatens Owner with Jail

Roommates can be pure hell but imagine renting your home out and the renter refusing to leave at the end of the agreement.

Outside of damage to the property, this has to be one of the most scariest things that could happen to an AirBnb host or landlord.

In the clips below, a renter disrespectfully refuses to leave a rental property and then threatens to send the owner to jail if she tried to do anything about it! She then proceeds to light up a cigarette, blunt or whatever she’s smoking & brazenly snaps at the owner again stating that she’s “not going nowhere”. Unbelievable. I don’t even want to think about what I would do in this situation. Talk about a prisoner in your own home.

It’s crazy out here. In my younger days I’ve had my fair share of crazy roommates but nothing beats this. It’s amazing how people feel comfortable just moving into someone’s house and REFUSING TO LEAVE, especially when you are not a live in tenant but apparently there’s plenty who do this. I pray I never have to have a roommate ever again.

This reminds of the Netflix series I just watched called “Worst Roommate Ever” which chronicles stories just like this one, except those stories ended in murder.

I’d be interested to see how story this ends.

Have you ever had a horrible experience such as this with a renter or roommate?

“Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey” Documents FLDS Cult Leader Warren Jeffs

Netflix did it again.

Everyone knows I am addicted to cult & mob documentaries.

“Keep Sweet: Pray & Obey” documents the stories of survivors of the FDLS Fundamentalist Cult and victims of the polygamist leader of the “church” Warren Jeffs.

It’s an interesting cringe documentary that exposes the victimization of the survivors of the unorthodox religion in which plural marriage is considered a VIP pass to heaven.

In this four-part series available on Netflix, the survivors share their feelings of the “church” after leaving the fundamentalist lifestyle in which the men take up as many as 30-40 wives or more, including child brides and family members.

Leader of the cult, Warren Jeffs was arrested in 2011 and is currently imprisoned at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Louis C. Powledge Unit, near Palestine, Texas on felony charges of sexual conduct with minors, as well as two counts of rape from the previous years. He was sentenced to life in prison plus 20 years for sexually assaulting two girls though his victim count is more than likely significantly higher.

According to the TDCJ, Jeffs’ earliest parole eligibility date is July 22, 2038.

Fulton County DA Says She Had to Beef Up Security Since Indicting YSL Members in RICO Case

The RICO case against YSL members Young Thug & Gunna is front page news here in Atlanta. There are a lot of opposing feelings about the case and whether the DA should be allowed to use their rap lyrics in court to convict them. Young Thug was labeled the gang leader of YSL and hit with 56 charges from everything to murder conspiracy to anything else they could pin on him. Most of us know YSL as a record label with legit music & artists.

Personally I don’t think rap lyrics are an admission of a crime. That being said this will probably be the new wave with federal prosecutors seeking convictions because of the violent lyrics & imagery that are associated with Hip Hop culture.

Record Executive Kevin Liles, co-founder and CEO of 300 Entertainment went to bat for Young Thug by testifying in his bond hearing. At one point, Liles got emotional and reflected on how the Young Stoner Life label, that he partnered with Young Thug to build, has changed the lives of many people, including his. Liles offered to put up his own money to insure Thug’s bond but the judge declined.

Kevin Liles has since launched a petition on Change.org to “Rap Music on Trial: Protect Black Art” opposing the use of rap lyrics to convict artists.

If you agree that rap lyrics should not be admissible in court sign the petition here.
