13 Suspected Gang Members Allegedly Rob A 7-Eleven & Uses Party Bus As A Getaway Car

Wow! Of all the getaway options, a party bus?

Police received a call shortly after 11 p.m. on Jan. 7 about a large group of people who went into a 7-Eleven in the 700 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach and reportedly stole items from the store and assaulted the clerk, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.

The group then boarded a party bus and headed north, officials said.

Soon after getting the call, officers pulled over a party bus on Pacific Coast Highway near the 7-Eleven. Investigators questioned all 80 people aboard and found seven loaded handguns on the bus, authorities said.

Organized Crime Figure, Chicago Gangster. Probably the best known of the 1920s gangsters, he controlled Chicago until brought down by FBI Agent Elliott Ness. Ness later wrote a book “The Untouchables” which detailed his efforts to jail Capone. Capone was the largest of the racketeers, and captured the American public’s imagination as few ever did. Born Alphonse Capone in Brooklyn, New York, of Italian immigrant parents, Gabriele and Teresina Capone, the fourth of nine children. Raised in a loving middle class Italian family, he was brought up to be honest and hard working. Surprisingly unbiased for his time, he would become friendly with anyone of any race, creed or color who was loyal to him. He quit school at 8th grade, and began work for Johnny Torrio, a new breed of gangster then taking over New York. From him, Al Capone learned his trade, initially running errands and working his way up the ladder to manager. He also learned from a rough local gangster, Frank Yale, about the use of violence to build an empire, while maintaining a respectable home and social life. He married an Irish Catholic, Mae Coughlin, and they had a son, Albert Francis Capone, born December 4, 1918. Baby Albert was born with congenital syphilis, which Al later admitted he had contracted many years before, but had thought the disease had gone away when it went into remission. His syphilis was never treated properly. When Johnny Torrio moved his operations to Chicago in 1921, he brought Capone with him, and together, they built up the crime empire, concentrating on nightclubs, prostitution, and illegal liquor. His first murder occurred in 1924, for which he was found innocent when the eyewitnesses were bribed. In March 1925, Torrio quit the business to retire to Florida, and gave his entire empire to Capone. Killing other gang members to build his empire, Al Capone’s violence peaked with the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre, 1929 when seven members of Bugs Moran’s gang were murdered. This murder brought the attention of the Federal government, who swore to get Capone off the street and into jail. In 1931, he was indicted and convicted of Income Tax evasion and sentenced to eleven years in jail. He died in his home in Miami, Florida, of cardiac arrest resulting from third stage syphilis. He was originally buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois. (bio by: Kit and Morgan Benson)

BMF: Rapper LL Cool J Asks Obama For The Flenory Brothers Pardon

BigMeech

Via All Hip Hop News – Rapper LL Cool J has appealed to Barack Obama to pardon incarcerated drug kingpin Big Meech and his brother before the U.S. President leaves office this month.

Meech, real name Demetrius Flenory, headed up infamous crime organization the Black Mafia Family (BMF) and launched his own drug-funded music business called BMF Entertainment, before he and his brother, Terry ‘Southwest T’ Flenory, were imprisoned in 2005.
The siblings are each serving 30-year sentences, but LL Cool J has thrown his support behind the brothers in a bid to have them freed by an executive order.

The rapper/actor has outlined his argument in a lengthy post on Instagram, alongside a picture of the Flenorys during their early days on the street.

“I think these two guys who are both products of my generation could do a lot of good in the community if they were pardoned,” LL wrote. “They were incarcerated for non violent drug offenses.if they were pardoned I’m sure they would do the right thing (sic).

It’s a matter of character. From the outside looking in I think they both have it.”

The hip-hop veteran goes on to insist the brothers have shown promise of turning their lives around if given the opportunity to regain their freedom sooner than planned, and could “potentially bring a lot of healing and inspiration to a down trodden community and show all our citizens that the USA is a country where second chances are possible.

“I really think these guys… should have their cases reviewed. They should receive either a full pardon or at a minimum a sentence reduction. 30 years for a ‘non violent’ charge no matter how large the case may be; Still feels heavy handed to me.”

LL concludes his note by adding, “Let’s all hope it happens for them. Keep your heads up fellas. I’m praying for you. I love our country. I believe this would be a just decision. Pardon Meech and Terry Flenory.”

Obama has yet to comment on the pardon effort, but he doesn’t have much time to take action – U.S. President-elect Donald Trump will take over the White House following his inauguration on 20 January.

“I don’t condone what they did but I understand why they did it,” he continued, insisting those living in rough inner cities will do anything to escape their struggles.
