Florida Man Gets Out Car With Weed Stuck To His Shirt During Traffic Arrest

A northwest Florida man was arrested Friday morning he exited his vehicle with marijuana on his shirt.

Kyle Evans Jeansonne, 22, was pulled over at 4 a.m. after police was alerted that he had drugs in his possession, the Northwest Florida Daily News reports.

When Jeansonne stepped out of the vehicle, he had “a leafy substance stuck on his shirt”, which the cops tested as marijuana.

Jeansonne attempted to hide a “Batman bag” under his seat and when asked by police to bring it out, the man told them “it was something bad,” which is why he was trying to hide it. Inside the bag were a scale and 20 Xanax pills.

The 22-year-old was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of narcotic equipment.

$188 Million NC Powerball Winner Given Summons For Harassment

Marie Holmes, the North Carolina mom who won a $188 million Powerball lottery jackpot last year and has spent millions bailing her boyfriend out of jail, now has legal issues of her own.

Holmes, 26, was given a criminal summons this week on charges of making threatening and harassing phone calls to a woman named Lorna Marlowe, according to WECT news.

The phone calls allegedly occurred on Jan. 10, and Marlowe filed a complaint the same day.

According to MyFox8: the summons alleges “Holmes threatened to inflict bodily harm on Marlowe and repeatedly called her for the purpose of harassing her.”

After winning the lottery last year, Holmes has become almost a mainstay in the headlines thanks to her efforts to support her boyfriend, Lamarr McDow, the father of her youngest child.

He recently spoke to The Daily Mail about Holmes and why she has no qualms with spending millions to bail him out of jail. McDow is an alleged heroin dealer who has been arrested on charges of illegal drug possession and illegal street racing.

Olympic Gold Medalist Picabo Street Arrested On Assault Charges

Olympic gold-medalist skier Picabo Street has been charged with assault and domestic violence after authorities say she pushed her father down the stairs in a Utah home in December.

Street told police she locked her 76-year-old father in the basement of a Park City house after pushing him and then called authorities, according to charging documents released Wednesday. She says her father, Roland Street, pulled her hair in the December 23 fight at a house near Park City that police say Street’s three children witnessed.

Roland Street told police his daughter got angry and started yelling after he bumped his car into the house while trying to leave, documents show. When the two went inside the house, a physical altercation broke out.

He says his daughter grabbed him in the shoulder and neck area and pushed him down two flights of stairs. He said he may have hit his head. Police observed cuts on Roland Street’s elbow & neck.

Picabo Street, 44, was arrested and bailed out. She was charged by prosecutors about two weeks later with three counts of misdemeanor domestic violence in the presence of a child and one count of misdemeanor assault.

Her attorney, Jason Richards, said she denies any wrongdoing in what she considers a private family matter. He said Picabo Street is hopeful an “amicable resolution” can be reached.
