Fulton County DA Says She Had to Beef Up Security Since Indicting YSL Members in RICO Case

The RICO case against YSL members Young Thug & Gunna is front page news here in Atlanta. There are a lot of opposing feelings about the case and whether the DA should be allowed to use their rap lyrics in court to convict them. Young Thug was labeled the gang leader of YSL and hit with 56 charges from everything to murder conspiracy to anything else they could pin on him. Most of us know YSL as a record label with legit music & artists.

Personally I don’t think rap lyrics are an admission of a crime. That being said this will probably be the new wave with federal prosecutors seeking convictions because of the violent lyrics & imagery that are associated with Hip Hop culture.

Record Executive Kevin Liles, co-founder and CEO of 300 Entertainment went to bat for Young Thug by testifying in his bond hearing. At one point, Liles got emotional and reflected on how the Young Stoner Life label, that he partnered with Young Thug to build, has changed the lives of many people, including his. Liles offered to put up his own money to insure Thug’s bond but the judge declined.

Kevin Liles has since launched a petition on Change.org to “Rap Music on Trial: Protect Black Art” opposing the use of rap lyrics to convict artists.

If you agree that rap lyrics should not be admissible in court sign the petition here.

Blac Chyna Set to Throw Blows in Celebrity Charity Boxing Match

Blac Chyna has been training hard for her first upcoming boxing match for charity. The 5’2 voluptuous vixen, real name Angela Renée White, will have her cakes hands on full display as she battles her celebrity opponent social media star Alysia Magen ahead of Saturday’s fight.

Chyna’s next fight will be with her baby daddy Rob Kardashian who she is taking to court for leaking her nude photos on the internet. Last month Chyna lost a $108million defamation case against Rob’s famous family – the Kardashians.

Despite taking a few losses, Chyna looks like she means business & is actually taking this boxing thing seriously.

Check out the video of the pre fight weigh in where she pushes her opponent across the stage. Lol. Will you be watching the fight tonight?

Luxury Watch Brand Jacob&Co Releases Exclusive “Opera Scarface” Edition

Jacob&Co Scarface Watch

This is such a cool collector’s item.. if you happen to have over a quarter mill to blow on a watch.

There are two versions of the 49mm Opera Scarface being made: one in 18-karat rose gold and one in black Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) titanium. Just 88 pieces of each will be made. The black version retails for $330,000, while the rose gold watch retails for $360,000.

Luxury watch designer Jacob Arabov just doesn’t miss. Back in 2008, Jacob known mostly as “Jacob the Jeweler” was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Arabov, who was 43 at the time, was arrested in 2006 at his E. 57th St. jewelry store and charged with conspiring to launder about $270 million for the Detroit-based Black Mafia Family.

He was one of dozens arrested in a seven-year federal investigation. The feds also seized 1,100 pounds of cocaine and $19 million in cash.

Basically, Jacob Arabov knows a lot about Tony Montana.

Check out the trailer below. And check out JacobandCo.com to see more of Jacob’s amazing timepieces. I have always been so intrigued by his pieces and designs. It’s wonderful to see this brand back on top.
