Rapper Young Jeezy Pens An Open Letter About Social Injustices Plauging Blacks & Minorites

Young Jeezy is hands down one of, if not my favorite rapper nowadays. Not because he makes great hustler’s music, but because he “gets it”. He’s very smart, articulate & socially aware. He definitely uses his platform in a beneficial way to open dialogue about issues that matter today’s young adults, including politics.

In the letter below, signed “Pastor Young”, he talks of racism & social injustices that are endured by not only black men, women & children, but all minorities.

Wes Craven, Creator of the Nightmare on Elm Street Movies, Dies Aged 76

Sad to hear.

There were not very many horror movies that horrified me as a kid but “Nightmare on Elm Street” was, is & always will be a staple among those in my generation.

I can still remember the anticipation (mixed with slight fear) that I felt when a new “Nightmare ” would come out. The films are synonymous with Halloween.

Rest in peace Wes Craven your talent will never be forgotten.
