Lamar Odom’s Personal Items Stolen While At Bunny Ranch

It appears that “consciousness” wasn’t the only thing Lamar Odom lost before he was recently discovered unresponsive at a Nevada Brothel.

While spending days at the location allegedly under the influence of drugs and alcohol, a mystery man came into the player’s room and took his cell phone as well as other belongings.

According to the New York Post, Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof said a man entered Odom’s room to jack his personal items. Soon after, another man claiming to be the former LA Lakers’ bodyguard came and told Hof he had no idea who the first person that entered the room was.

“I don’t know if I got conned,” Hof said. “I think when this all shakes out, this a shaky (expletive). I didn’t recognize him. Something was up.”

Odom has shown signs of progress since the incident. The Los Angeles Times reported that he has been speaking sentences and “doing good”. Former teammates including Kobe Bryant, Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul have shown their support by visiting the player’s bedside.

“He probably has no idea we were there, but just to be there and to see him — hopefully he knows there’s a lot of guys that love him and want to see him do better and want to see him get better,” Griffin said before the Clippers’ Saturday practice.

It has also been reported by various sources that Odom is breathing on his own.
