Atlanta rapper Akbar V is back in the center of some controversy after footage surfaced on social media of her being assaulted last night while at a New York club.
Akbar, a staunch supporter of New York’s Nicki Minaj, has been beefing all over social media with various female artists including Nicki’s arch rap enemy Cardi B.
The video is kind of dark and starts right about when Akbar is being hit and hitting the ground so it’s hard to see who the attacker is. It’s unclear if she was hit with an object or a fist.
Akbar, who refers to herself as the “Female Kanye” took to her IG live this morning and addressed the situation but never called any names. A small cut can be seen right above her right eye, assumingely from the attack.
Social media is pointing fingers straight at Cardi accusing her of paying to have someone run down on Akbar being as though it happened on her turf and the two pretty much hate each other.
With all the drama that seems to follow Akbar it’s probably going to be difficult to prove Bardi gang is responsible for the sneak attack and I highly doubt Cardi will take responsibility due to legalities.
