Not real sure how to feel about this. This is happening over in Singapore but there’s no telling how fast it will make it over here to US tables. Truthfully, we probably consume more genetically modified foods than we think so I can definitely see the FDA approving this if not now, in the near future.
I understand the food supply & demand chain & I understand veganism but it’s just something about lab meat that doesn’t set well with me. It’s just weird. And how healthy is it? And what affects will consuming “fake meat” have on human health in the coming years?
Will you be ordering up any decadent lab meat dishes? I probably won’t!
