Willie “Flukey’ Stokes was a street legend and gangster from Chicago’s South Side.
He was best known for his flamboyant clothing, diamond cluster rings and larger than life personality.
He was killed in 1986 in Chicago after two gunmen ambushed him and his driver while he sat in a luxury limousine in front of his girlfriend’s condo.
