Umm, ok.

Here’s a strange story.

A Colorado man was arrested & fined for dumping thousands of books onto highways & streets out of his car window.

His excuse for ‘littering literature?’ — he simply couldn’t figure out what to do with the the books, so he tossed them. 

I am guessing there are no charities, schools, libraries or recycling facilities in his town?

It would have made more sense to me had he said he was attempting to “educate the world.” –But I digress.
