
Check out this video of a Door Dash delivery driver confronting a customer at her work place after she refunded her Chipotle order on the app and got him fired.
In defense of the driver, this was a crappy thing of her to (allegedly) do. Judging by her reaction, she totally was not expecting him to come back and confront her. How embarrassing! If her boss and co-workers trusted her before, they might not anymore.
Contrary to the belief, the customer is not always right but was the driver wrong for going back and confronting the customer in attempts to get her fired or should he have let it go?
