Let me just start with this disclaimer.
Here at Pen Hustle lane I try my best to stay away from gossip and hearsay but somehow I happened upon this YouTube channel earlier this year while doing other research thanks to the algorithm.
In the initial video Mz Diva, real name Katrice Thomas, the younger stepsister of Tonesa ‘Toni’ Welch speaks on her family past with the former Detroit d-girl. Thomas is accusing Welch of being selfish and unwilling to help family back when she had BMF money.
In her most recent video, Mz Diva says Toni has been telling the story all wrong and she alleges that she has “receipts” and is ready to tell her side of what being in a family with the First Lady was like.
Coming off the success of Toni’s new movie release it’s not uncommon to have family members threatening to expose and tell all. It comes with the territory at this point and a little controversy never hurts from a marketing stand point.
Judging by her interviews and social media posts it just seems Toni is not ashamed of her life story and is pretty straightforward so I wouldn’t assume she is too worried about any dark secrets being revealed from her past but I could be absolutely wrong.
So far she has not responded publicly to any of these allegations but she did post the following clip from her interview with VLad TV on her Instagram page.
She also sent her stepsister a cease and desist letter to quit speaking on her name.
